Design Layouts:
Feel free to email us with the design layout that you would like for the product. You can send us a JPG, PDF, CDR, Word document, etc!
Photographs:
If you choose to submit your own photograph for engraving, please keep the following in mind:
1. Extremely dark photographs are very difficult to work with and do not always produce an adequate engraved image.
2. Photographs should show the main target free from obstruction. For example, a pair of hands wrapped around a baby would not work well for engraving a picture of only the baby.
3. Photographs must be of high enough resolution to fit on the product without distortion.
MHE reserves the right to reject photographs that are not of sufficient quality for engraving.
Click on the "Browse" button under "Photo/Design" and find your file to submit it to us.
Clip Art:
If you would like to use clip art:
1. Specify the type of clip art that you would like (i.e. "wedding bells") and we will locate clip art for you.
2. Search our licensed clip art library by visiting www.iclipart.com. Use the search feature or browse through the categories listed on that website to find clip art. When you find an image that you would like to use, click on that image and record the item number. This number can be found directly above the image (i.e. Viewing item #145447 - you would submit the number 145447). Enter the item number when placing your order for the product.
Please note that black and white clip art engraves much better then color clip art.
We are not able to use clip art found elsewhere on the internet without proof of commercial rights.
Fonts:
You can choose the font for your item by entering in the name of the font requested on the submission form.
Click here for a list of available fonts.
You can also submit your own font for use by emailing the font file to us along with proof that you have commercial rights for the font.
