Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Because each product is customized to your specifications, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing prior to shipping. Please let us know if your order is time sensitive so we do our best to meet those requirements!


A notice will be posted on the front page of our web store if there are delays in order processing.


We will notify you immediately and give you the option of canceling or changing your order if there are any problems or delays with your order.


Returns:

We are unable to accept returns on personalized products. Please be sure you check all product options and personalization prior to submitting your order! If you have any questions please contact us and we will be happy to help.


Defective items due to errors on our part will be replaced at no cost to you, however you must notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery of the order.


Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged during shipping. You MUST keep all packaging for the item as it will be needed to process your claim with the shipping carrier. MHE reserves the right to require return of the damaged item and original packing materials in order to issue a replacement.
